Dr. Osmani Diaz, D.D.S.
Dr. Diaz received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami with emphasis in Biochemistry in 1986. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1990. He practiced in Pembroke Pines from 1995 through May, 2016. He has been practicing in Tavernier since 2010 and in May, 2016 began practicing full time in the beautiful Florida Keys. Dr. Diaz has received extensive training in all areas of cosmetic dentistry including orthodontics and full mouth oral rehabilitation. He is an alumni of the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and the Spear Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He is a graduate of the Progressive Orthodontic Education Program for Dentists. Dr. Diaz is also certified in Invisalign orthodontics. He completed a two year program in Oral lmplantology and grafting at the Robert Morgan Clinic. Dr. Diaz was voted one of the Top Dentists in America by the Consumer Research Council and one of South Florida’s top dentists by Coral Living Magazine. He was awarded the Friend of Youth Award for providing free custom fitted mouth guards to young athletes. Dr. Diaz and his wife, Josie have a home in Key Largo and have three wonderful children. They are very active in their church and like participating in community activities in the Keys. Dr. Diaz enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, and outdoor activities.
Tiffany Stanczyk, R.D.H.
Tiffany attended the Miami-Dade Medical Campus and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2013. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in December 2015. Tiffany has practiced in the Florida Keys since 2013 and is certified in local anesthesia. Tiffany is married and raising a beautiful little girl. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing and spending time with her family.
Jeanette Belcher, R.D.A./Office Administrator
Jeanette has been working in the dental field since 1976. She received her expanded duties certification from the University of Florida. She has worked in all specialties of dentistry over the past 34 years. Jeanette has three amazing children and two giant tortoises. She loves living in the Florida Keys.
Jennifer Barrow, R.D.H.
Jennifer received her dental hygiene degree from Palm Beach Community College in 1993. She has been practicing in the Keys since 1995. She is married and the proud mom of three girls. She enjoys after school activities with her girls.
Anastasia Ghost CRDH, BASDH
Anastasia graduated with honors from Miami Dade College dental hygiene program in 2014. From 2014-2015 she was volunteering as a dental hygienist for the Red Cross in England, UK. In 2018 Anastasia graduated from St. Petersburg College Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene with magma cum laude seal. Anastasia joined our team in July,2021. She loves to travel and try international food. Anastasia is raising two very active and fun kids that are keeping her busy on her off days.
Cameron Elkoury, Dental Assistant
Cameron has lived in the Keys her whole life and enjoys everything the Keys offers, from boating and scuba diving to the amazing sunsets! After graduation Coral Shores High School in 2020, she briefly attended University of South Florida and then went on to become a registered dental assistant through the Career Institute. She has worked at Florida Keys Dentists since 2021.
Rachel Goldman EFDA
Rachel has been working in the dental profession since graduating from Northern Virginia Community College in 1985. She is certified in radiology and expanded duties. Rachel moved to the Keys in 2019 and joined our team as a dental assistant in November of that year.
